-Chop up 2 onions and throw into a wok or roaster with olive oil and Sauté for a few minutes
-add in 2 to 3 chopped tomatoes and half each of the three color peppers with garlic, salt, worster, soy sauce, and green chillies. All to taste. then add in rice with lots of water…
-Fry half a kg prawns with Masala (chili powder, salt, pepper, olive oil and a little dhana jeera) (allow this to b watery) .
-Fry the calamari in the same way as the prawns and add both in when the rice is soft, but still super wet … Make sure that u add extra water to rice as it must be very wet when serving
