1.Mix together to form a paste.
2.Marinate steak for few hours.
3.Heat a knob of butter in a pan with a sprig of rosemary.
4.Fry steak untill done to preference.. (I did just under 2min on both sides) rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. Soak corn spears in boiling water for 20 minutes.
6. Slice in halves.
7.Heat 4tbso of garlic butter in a frying pan. Toss in spears and cook for a while untill the spears starts to get golden.
8.Pour over steak.
