  1. 1.Make a paste with the above and Marinate chicken in it. 2.Notes: add 2T tomato paste if you do not have red garlic masala. (Luvly colour) 3.Place in a broad Flat pot (amc) with 1 slice of butter 4.Allow to cook, do not dry out. 5.Once almost Cooked remove just the chicken pieces and transfer into the oven to grill for a few minutes/pan fry. Using the same pot with excess sauce , add half cup Mozambique peri peri sauce or any other peri peri sauce, and a blob of garlic or normal butter. 6.Allow to simmer slightly Place the chicken back into the pot and serve… Adjust spices as desired.. Enjoy..
