For the Indian tacos:
12 mini Roti’s place over oven wrack,(folded like a taco) for8-10 min on 180c till fully crispy .
For the tandoori chicken filling:
1kg chicken filled cubed small
2tsp crushed garlic
1tsp crushed jeeru
2 Tablespoons tandoori masala(adjust accordingly to your family’s heat preference)
Cook the above in ghee till 3/4 way done. Then add 2Tablespoons thick yogurt. Filling must be wet but thick .
For the raita
1 cup double thick yogurt
1 tomato chopped and seeded
1/4 cucumber chopped and seeded ,water drained
1/4 onion chopped,water drained
Salt to taste
Green dhania chutney to taste
Place chicken in taco shell and top with raita ,eat immediately
